This Service Agreement outlines the scope and limitations of services provided by 21Clock to its users.

1. Services Provided

21Clock offers:

  1. • BTC Address Monitoring
  2. • Transaction tracking
  3. • Email notifications on address activity

These services are provided through a web platform on a subscription and freemium basis.

2. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance or third-party issues (e.g., blockchain node downtime).

3. Data Handling

We store minimal user data (email and monitored addresses). We do not store private keys. All transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS.

4. Alerts & Notifications

Email alerts are best-effort and may be delayed due to external factors. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their alert settings and email address are correct.

5. Subscription & Billing

Premium plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellation is available at any time. Refunds are not issued for partial periods unless required by law.

6. Support

Free-tier users receive community support. Premium users have access to priority email support.

7. Limitation of Warranty

We provide no warranty for real-time accuracy, third-party blockchain service integration, or alert delivery timeliness.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold 21Clock and its team harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of this agreement or abuse of the service.

10. Governing Law
