These services are provided through a web platform on a subscription and freemium basis.
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance or third-party issues (e.g., blockchain node downtime).
We store minimal user data (email and monitored addresses). We do not store private keys. All transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS.
Email alerts are best-effort and may be delayed due to external factors. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their alert settings and email address are correct.
Premium plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellation is available at any time. Refunds are not issued for partial periods unless required by law.
